Submitting an appointment form creates a request for contact or scheduling. It does not automatically create a paid booking or guarantee a particular appointment time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or change an appointment request, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website.
Payments
If a paid service or fee is ever offered, the applicable price and any cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before payment.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable to a paid transaction, it will be handled according to the terms presented for that transaction. Submitting a free inquiry does not create a refund claim.
Technical Outcomes
Printer conditions vary. A cancellation or refund decision is separate from whether a printer issue can ultimately be resolved.
